The ER30 E-Moto Shock is purpose-built to deliver serious rear-end performance for lightweight electric motorcycles. Designed specifically for modern E-Moto platforms, it provides the perfect balance of support, sensitivity, and bottom-out resistance — whether you’re riding trails, jumps, technical terrain, or high-speed off-road.

Engineered for E-Moto

Unlike adapted MTB shocks, the ER30 is built specifically for the weight, torque delivery, and riding dynamics of electric motos. It delivers improved rear-wheel traction, increased stability under power, and better control during aggressive riding.

Custom Adjustability

The ER30 offers full tuning control to suit different rider weights and riding styles.

Adjustments:

• Rebound: 24 clicks

• Compression: 20 clicks

• Pre-load: 0–20mm

It also features CTS (Compression Tuning System) — a patented innovation from Formula & TECH Suspension. This allows quick, on-the-fly tuning of low- to mid-speed compression damping, making it easy to adapt the bike to terrain or riding conditions.

Spring Options

Two coil spring rates are available:

• 78.8 N/mm (Standard) – Ideal for average weight riders

• 105.6 N/mm (Optional) – Designed for heavier riders or aggressive terrain

Springs are constructed from ultralight steel for strength and durability.

Performance Features

Piggyback Reservoir
Increases oil capacity for improved thermal stability during intense riding.

Internal Floating Piston (IFP) with Double Seals
Prevents gas and oil mixing for consistent damping and long-term reliability.

High-Profile MDU Bumper
Adapted from Tech Suspension’s trials range to improve end-stroke progression and bottom-out resistance.

DU Bushings
Low-friction, durable mounting hardware for demanding off-road use.
